However, if your order isn’t quite right — whether it’s damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected — our Returns & Replacements policy is here to ensure a quick and easy resolution. This page outlines everything you need to know about return eligibility, replacement procedures, and refund timelines.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order ID or invoice is required for all return/replacement requests.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Custom orders or bulk orders (unless defective)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order number.
  3. Once verified, we will initiate a free replacement or offer an alternative solution.

Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

  2. Mention your order number, issue details, and attach supporting images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.


Refund Process

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.


Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other reasons, return shipping must be borne by the customer.
