Shipping Information

  • What are your shipping charges?

    We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders. For express or priority shipping, charges may apply based on your location and the product size/weight.

    Note: For bulk or customized orders, our support team will provide shipping costs during the order confirmation process.



  • How long does delivery take?

    1. Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    2. Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (subject to availability)

    Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the availability of products.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship within Uk. For bulk international orders or distribution queries, please contact our sales team at enquiry@inventiselectric.com.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

  • What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

    If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team at enquiry@inventiselectric.com with your Order ID. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.

    Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes and products.

    Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your transaction is 100% safe and secure. Inventis Electric does not store any card or payment credentials.

  • Can I get a GST invoice?

    Yes, we provide GST-compliant invoices for all purchases. You can enter your GST number during checkout or request one by contacting our support.

  • My payment failed, but money was deducted. What should I do?

    Sometimes banks take a few minutes to reverse failed transactions. If the amount is not refunded within 48 hours, contact us at enquiry@inventiselectric.com with the transaction details.

  • Can I modify my order after payment?

    Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, modifications are limited. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order for any changes.
